Hosting a Natalie’s Holiday Shops is simple and stress-free for schools. We ship all gift items directly to the school, and volunteers or administrators easily set up the shop right on campus.

There is no upfront cost. We cover all shipping and supplies, so schools can focus on creating a fun and memorable experience. Each shop features high-quality gifts, free materials, and exclusive bonuses—making Natalie's one of the leading holiday shops for schools in the country, serving elementary communities from coast to coast.

Natalie’s Elf Shelf has been serving schools since 1989. Over the years, the program has been refined to meet the needs of elementary schools, PTA and PTO leaders, administrators, and parent volunteers.

Longevity matters when schools are choosing programs. Experience has helped shape a holiday shop that emphasizes predictability, organization, and support, so schools know what to expect and can plan with confidence.

Most holiday shops are organized and run by parent volunteers. Natalie’s Holiday Shops is intentionally designed with that reality in mind.

Schools receive clear instructions, training resources, and operational tools to help volunteers feel prepared. There is no inventory counting required, unsold merchandise is returned after the shop closes, and support is available throughout the event.

Natalie’s Holiday Shops offers two holiday shop themes for schools to choose from. Both themes use the same gift items, pricing structure, register system, and bonuses. The only differences are the branding, free supplies, and marketing materials, allowing schools to choose the look that best fits their community.

Meet the Owner

Hi! My name is Natalie Larman, and I’m the owner of Natalie’s Holiday Shops. I’ve been spreading holiday cheer in the school store industry for over 15 years—and I still love it just as much as day one!

I was born and raised in a small town in Oklahoma, and after graduating from East Central University with a business degree, I packed up my big dreams and moved to Oklahoma City to start my business. What began with just a handful of schools has grown into serving thousands of schools across the United States—a journey I’m incredibly proud of.

I’m passionate about offering on-trend, high-quality gift items, and I’m a total tech lover too. That’s why I invest heavily in our state-of-the-art, user-friendly online register system, making holiday shops easy, smooth, and stress-free for everyone.

A little bit about me outside of work: I’m married and a proud mom of three amazing kids. When we’re not working, you’ll find us at a softball field cheering on our oldest daughter or running from activity to activity with our two younger kiddos—life is busy, loud, and full of fun!

From product selection and logistics to customer support and program management, our team works year-round to ensure every holiday shop runs smoothly. We understand that most holiday shops are volunteer-led, and our role is to provide structure, clarity, and responsive support at every stage.

Seth Larman
Chief Operating Officer

Hi! I’m Seth, the guy behind the scenes making sure the magic actually makes it to your school on time. As COO, I run logistics and keep our warehouse operating like a well-oiled (holiday-scented) machine.

Organization is what I take pride in. Every box is tracked. Every shipment is monitored. Every deadline is taken seriously. In fact, in all our years of operation, we’ve NEVER had a holiday shop not show up on time. That’s a record I’m pretty proud of!

My mission? Make sure every team member understands that a smooth warehouse = happy schools, happy families, and holiday magic delivered right on schedule.

If you have shipping questions this year… chances are, you’ll be talking to me! And trust me — I’ll know exactly where your boxes are.

This includes only our main office team, but we also have 12 dedicated warehouse team members who work tirelessly to ensure every school shop is packaged and shipped on time. They also make sure all reorders go out next-day air to keep everything running smoothly and that the shops stay stocked.
