About Us:

Natalie's Elf Shelf Holiday Store is a place where students can experience the joy of giving. Not only is it a lesson in generosity, but also teaches students how to budget and handle money. Students can shop in secret to surprise their family on that special holiday!

Natalie's Elf Shelf Holiday Store ships all of the gift items to the school and the volunteers/administration setup the store at their school. No up front cost! We pay for all of the shipping and supplies!

Sale of Goods
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our Site.

The following goods are available on our Site:

• Purchase Gift Cards. We call the program "Elf Wallet" but it is the exact same as a Gift Card.
• We ship gift items to schools in the USA only. The schools then setup their holiday store at their school and sale to their students to purchase gift items during the holidays. Natalie's Elf Shelf Holiday Store can be ran as a school fundraiser or service project.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Third Party Sites
The only third party site we use is Stripe to process our payments.

Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site at www.elfshelfwallet.com. We use Stripe to process the payments. Payment methods we accept:

• Credit Card;
• Debit; and
• Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Shipping and Delivery

• We ship gift items directly to the schools and the school administration and volunteers setup and run the store. They have their students purchase gift items at their school during Christmas time. Natalie's Elf Shelf Holiday Store, LLC pays for all shipping cost.

We ship the gift items directly to the school. When a child purchases a gift item at the school they immediately receive it.

Natalie's Elf Shelf Holiday Store pays for all shipping cost.

Schools are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Refunds

We accept refund requests for gift cards on our site.

• We will issue a refund if a student was sick and did not get to shop in the store or if an item was broken or damaged..

Consumer Protection Law
Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
