- 6-8 Tables are Needed / 4 to 6 for merchandise and 1 for checkout and 1 for wrapping.

- Keep all Price Codes Together and separate by tape and price sheets provided by Natalie's Holiday Shop.

Free Supplies and Marketing Materials
Schools receive a full set of free supplies to help promote and operate their holiday shop with confidence. These materials are provided at no additional cost and are prepared to arrive ready for use.
Free supplies include gift bags in multiple sizes, parent letters, gift guide envelopes, volunteer aprons, posters for offices and hallways, indoor and outdoor banners, price stickers, tablecloths, tape, and ready-to-use social media images.
The specific designs and branding of these supplies depend on the theme selected. Schools choosing Elf Shelf receive Elf Shelf–branded materials, while schools choosing Giftland receive Giftland–branded materials. The supplies provided support both marketing the shop to families and running the shop during the event.
Training and Chairperson Support
Holiday shops are typically run by parent volunteers, and Natalie’s Holiday Shops provides resources to help chairpersons feel prepared and supported throughout the process.
Chairpersons have access to training videos, a detailed chairperson manual, promotional resources, and ongoing support. These tools are designed to reduce stress, answer common questions, and provide clear guidance before, during, and after the shop.
Customer support is available to assist with questions, planning, and troubleshooting as needed.
