Welcome to Natalie’s Holiday Shops.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, online services, eWallet system, online register, and other digital services operated by Natalie’s Elf Shelf Holiday Store, LLC d/b/a Natalie’s Holiday Shops and Natalie’s Giftland Holiday Shop (“Natalie’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Our services include, but are not limited to:

www.nataliesholidayshop.com
www.elfshelfholidayshop.com
www.giftlandholidayshop.com
app.nataliesholidayshop.com

and any other websites, applications, portals, or online services operated by Natalie’s (collectively, the “Sites”).

By accessing or using our Sites or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms.

1. About Natalie’s Holiday Shops

Since 1989, our school holiday shop program has helped elementary-age students experience the joy of giving while practicing important skills such as budgeting, decision-making, and handling money.

Natalie’s ships holiday gift merchandise and program materials directly to participating schools throughout the United States.

Participating school administrators, PTA/PTO organizations, parents, and volunteers set up, staff, and operate the holiday shop at their school.

Natalie’s employees do not staff or operate holiday shops on school campuses.

Students shop at their school and select gifts for parents, grandparents, siblings, teachers, friends, and other special people in their lives.

Depending on the program selected by the school, the holiday shop may be operated as a service project or as a school fundraiser.

2. School Participation

Schools participating in a Natalie’s Holiday Shops program agree to provide accurate contact, enrollment, shipping, and program information.

Individual school agreements, sign-up forms, invoices, program policies, pricing selections, deadlines, and other written agreements may contain additional terms applicable to that school's participation.

If there is a conflict between these general Terms and a specific written agreement entered into between Natalie’s and a participating school, the specific agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.

3. Merchandise & Unsold Inventory

Natalie’s ships merchandise directly to participating schools.

The school and its volunteers are responsible for setting up and operating the shop.

Students receive merchandise purchased during the in-person school holiday shop at the school.

Eligible unsold merchandise may be returned to Natalie’s following the applicable return procedures and deadlines.

4. Shipping

Participating schools are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Natalie’s is not responsible for shipping problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by a school or its representatives, except where otherwise required by law.

Specific shipping and return terms may also be contained in the school's program agreement.

5. eWallet

Natalie’s provides an electronic payment feature called eWallet.

Parents, guardians, family members, or other authorized individuals may add funds for a participating student to use while shopping at their school's Natalie’s Holiday Shop.

Use of eWallet is also governed by our separate eWallet, Refund & Share the Joy Fund Policy.

6. Share the Joy Fund

Natalie’s may provide schools with access to the Share the Joy Fund, which allows parents, families, and other participants to contribute funds intended to help students participate in their school's holiday shop.

Share the Joy Fund contributions are donations and are not individual student eWallet balances.

Once a contribution is made to the Share the Joy Fund, it is non-refundable.

Share the Joy Fund money may be used by the participating school to assist students who otherwise may not have sufficient funds to shop.

Any Share the Joy Fund money remaining at the conclusion of the school's holiday shop will be donated back to the participating school.

Remaining Share the Joy Fund money will not be returned or refunded to individual contributors.

Additional details are provided in our eWallet, Refund & Share the Joy Fund Policy.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, physical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Our previous policy states that commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards are used and that encrypted transmission technologies are used for sensitive information. 13. Children's Privacy

Natalie’s Holiday Shops provides programs used by elementary schools; however, our websites, payment services, parent eWallet funding tools, and account services are intended to be used by adults, school representatives, parents, guardians, and other authorized users—not independently by young children.

We do not knowingly use our Sites to solicit personal information directly from children for marketing purposes.

Information relating to a student may be provided by a parent, guardian, participating school, PTA/PTO representative, or other authorized adult when necessary to administer services such as eWallet.

If a parent or guardian believes a child has independently submitted personal information to us without appropriate authorization, please contact us so we can review the information and take appropriate action.
